By default, WordPress uses the PHP mail() function to send emails when necessary. These can be emails from contact forms, notifications, order confirmations, etc. Many email providers will mark messages sent this way as spam, so these messages may never reach their recipients.

To resolve the issue, you need to configure your WordPress to use SMTP instead of the PHP mail() function. SMTP uses proper authentication which leads to high deliverability of these emails

What is WordPress Multisite

WordPress Multisite allows users to have multiple sites in a single installation of the WordPress application. The multisite network owner can manage multiple sites from the same WordPress admin panel, including the number of sites, what themes and plugins are active for different websites, users, and website features separately.

WordPress Multisite is best used when you are creating a network of websites that share similar aspects and functionality. This is because all plugins and themes are shared between websites and you can configure everything globally for all websites at the same time. If you plan to have websites with different themes or allow users to manage the theme and plugins of their own websites, WordPress Multisite is not recommended.

Most WordPress themes take the subtitle text from your blog tagline. To edit it, access your WordPress admin panel, go to Settings > General and change the value of the Short Description field.

Please note that advanced WordPress themes may have custom settings pages where you can change these settings.
